Make it stand out

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Join National Book Award Finalist, Gaby Calvocoressi & local poet & movement teacher, Emily Hyland, for a non-residential  long weekend rooted in the spirit of play & the rhythms of breath & movement to awaken poetic energy. Dive into aliveness through an array of modalities that help you tap into the wellspring of creativity already within you, waiting to come forth. On this retreat, spend mornings on guided hikes, roll into midday yoga classes, & explore creative play in afternoon workshops  tuned towards generating poems. Think: writing, drawing, dancing, wiggling & shaking, vocalizing, & resting. As Gaby reminds us, “Everything is a prompt!” All levels of experience welcome—only requirements are willing, open hearts & kind spirits.

This is a non-residential retreat, so participants should plan to book their own housing & transportation. Retreat activities will take place at Yogasource yoga studio among an array of other locations throughout Santa Fe. Full schedule and site details will be provided in a pre-retreat Zoom meet & greet in mid-May. While some meals are included, participants should plan to provide meals for themselves that are not part of the daily programming.
