Dive into aliveness through an array of modalities that help you tap into the wellspring of creativity already within you, waiting to come forth. On this retreat, spend mornings on guided hikes, roll into midday yoga classes, & explore creative play in afternoon workshops tuned towards generating poems. Think: writing, drawing, dancing, wiggling & shaking, vocalizing, & resting. This is a non-residential retreat, so participants should plan to book their own housing & transportation. Retreat activities will take place at Yogasource yoga studio among an array of other locations throughout Santa Fe.
