This annual New Year's Eve ritual at Yogasource is an invitation to draw awareness through the body, moving through the chakras, with curiosity. Blending intentional movements with wiggling, shaking, & rebounding, we’ll loosen what’s ready to fall away. Through breath, vocalization, & guided reflective writing, we’ll rise through each energy center to release what’s heavy, energize what’s dormant & wants to feel more alive, & clear space to step into the new year centered & open.
